A journey of

faith and patience

There remains a dimension of glory that the earth must see, experience and become. It will be birthed by a prayer and worship movement that will be kindled in Nigeria until it begins to travel city to city to meet up with people of like burden who will propagate it in every city it touches. It will prepare a clear path for the evangelistic and apostolic church filling the earth with men and women carrying kingdom revelation and the church will once again be the Ekklesia.

The Righteous City Center evolved from a group of young persons that used to be known as Kol Yi Sion Fellowship in the city of Zaria in Nigeira. The fellowship started when the lead person received the burden of God to reach out to people in their locality and rural areas through spirit-led music.

With a few persons, the group launched out and began worship ministrations in Zaria until after series of encounters they decided not go out for ministrations anymore but stay with God a period of one year and six months to wait on God. After that retreat, new measures of grace broke out and there was increase in persons and with a few ministrations here and there, the team still stayed in prayer for the church and missionaries for a while.

In the year 2015, a group broke out from a campus fellowship where the lead person was a also a leader and that team began to intercede for the church and the campus fellowships praying daily for one year and afterwards the team then called Saviors merged into the Kol Yi Sion with the other sub team; House of Jesse building the focus into prayer and worship.

Afterwards, the team began to engage more earnestly in outreaches and intercessory meetings until the Prayer Sail was birthed on May 29, 2019 creating a platform for young people in Nigeria and diaspora to interceed for Nigeria, the church and the nations.

Today the Righteous City has over 70 persons in the Prayer Sail, over 20 persons in House of Jesse and over 15 ladies in the Repairers of the Breach; a group ladies called to preserve God's presence in homes. EKklesia which evolved from the Prayer Sail has now become the predominant face of the ministry.
